Job summary

Tech Partners in Tulsa is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead design, development and integration of advanced simulation software. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions and ensure high-quality deliverables in mission-critical environments.

You'll work primarily with C/C++ in Linux, with exposure to Python, Fortran, C#, or Ada, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including program management and hardware engineering to deploy solutions at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• Minimum 4 years of software engineering or simulation experience.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of software architecture, integration, and testing.
• Experience with version control (Git or Subversion).

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering efforts and provide technical guidance.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate software solutions for simulation systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews.
• Collaborate with program management, hardware, and customer stakeholders.
• Support deployments and customer acceptance testing.
