Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, physics, math, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in systems engineering or modeling.
• Experience with MBSE and OOSEM.
• Experience with requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities and provide technical direction to multidisciplinary teams.
• Analyze requirements to develop system concepts and architectures.
• Develop top-level designs balancing performance, quality, cost, schedule and risk.
• Define hardware/software interfaces and integration strategies.
• Conduct trade studies and evaluate alternatives.
• Identify and mitigate program and technical risks.
• Decompose requirements into detailed design items and traceability.
• Prepare system documentation and test plans.
• Assist with technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Collaborate across software, hardware, manufacturing, and program management teams.
• Support installation, testing, and deployment at customer sites.
