Noetic Strategies is seeking a Senior Software Developer to lead software packaging, deployment, endpoint management, automation, and compliance operations. The role focuses on packaging Windows apps, administering KACE SMA, and developing automation with PowerShell, VBScript, and Power Automate.

The ideal candidate will manage MSI packages, convert installers to silent MSI packages, and support BigFix and SharePoint-related workflows while helping to ensure security and patch compliance across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Windows packaging and software distribution.
• Proficiency with Flexera AdminStudio.
• 3+ years of PowerShell and VBScript.
• 3+ years in web application development and maintenance.
• 3+ years creating and maintaining Power Automate workflows.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server OS, Active Directory, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.
• Experience writing scripts to support endpoint management and automation.
• 3+ years administering Quest KACE SMA (K1000) and BigFix.
• Experience writing BigFix Relevance queries and Action Scripts.
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server administration with BigFix.

Responsibilities

• Package and deploy Windows applications using MSI and repackaging.
• Administer KACE SMA environments and deploy agents.
• Develop automation in PowerShell, VBScript, and shell scripts.
• Maintain BigFix infrastructure and create Fixlets and tasks.
• Configure and monitor SharePoint sites and Power Automate workflows.
• Ensure system compliance and generate audit reports.
