Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a seasoned packaging engineer to automate generation of executable software and oversee installation into target environments across Windows, iOS, and Android.

You will lead a team of engineers, design and maintain MSIX/Win32 packaging solutions, ensure compliance with security policies, coordinate with app owners, and drive migration readiness for enterprise deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in relevant field.
• US citizenship and background investigation requirement.

Responsibilities

• Automates generation of executable software and installation into target environments.
• Lead a team of engineers in designing, implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks/solutions.
• Perform end-to-end application inventory, packaging, validation using MSIX, Win32, Intune wrapping, and mobile app formats.
• Ensure applications are compliant with security policies and ready for deployment at scale through Intune and MAM configurations.
• Troubleshoot packaging issues and coordinate with application owners.
• Maintain a full application catalog and support migration waves for secure deployments.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to annual appraisals.
