Job summary

ADNET Systems, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Software Packaging & Endpoint Management Engineer (Software Developer IV) in Fairmont, WV. You will maintain hundreds of applications, craft MSI packages, and automate deployments across IV&V devices and VDI.

You will apply PowerShell, VBScript, and AdminStudio expertise while supporting KACE SMA, BigFix, and SharePoint workflows. Strong collaboration and security focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Windows application packaging and software distribution.
• Proficiency with Flexera AdminStudio.
• 3+ years of PowerShell and VBScript.
• 3+ years of web application development and maintenance.
• 3+ years of creating and maintaining Power Automate workflows.
• Deep administrative understanding of Windows Server/Client platforms, Active Directory/GPOs, and core network configurations (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and cross-departmental communication during Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain 100+ software applications on IV&V workstations and VDI.
• Create, modify, and optimize MSI packages and transforms.
• Convert setups into silent MSI packages using capture tools.
• Develop actions with PowerShell and VBScript for complex configurations.
• Debug installation issues and test packages on clean VMs.
• Oversee KACE SMA appliances, Agent deployment, and maintenance.
• Build reports on hardware lifecycles, patch levels, and software compliance.
