Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development or engineering with system design focus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin and RESTful API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, prioritization, and execution of projects aligned with product, technical and business goals.
- Design and develop large-scale, high-availability services; build robust APIs and data models.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal and Accounting on requirements and lifecycle strategies.
- Ensure system health and performance; optimize code for long-term robustness and scalability.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical discussions and champion best practices via code reviews.
