Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable digital solutions in a hybrid RI office setting. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to drive robust architectures and high-quality code.

Requirements include 5+ years in large-scale software development, 3+ years with Spring/Spring Boot/REST, and strong OOP/design patterns. Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building services with Spring, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, UX teams.
• Strong OOP and design pattern knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop functionality for given requirements with focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence architecture and design patterns.
• Develop tests, perform debugging, code reviews, and create technical documentation.
• Support and troubleshoot production incidents with urgency and customer impact in mind.
