Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to design and implement scalable Java/Spring microservices in a healthcare-focused environment.

You will collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA and Product teams to deliver secure, reliable software. The role requires strong backend skills, experience with RESTful APIs, and the ability to mentor teammates while delivering high-quality code and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive software development experience in a multi-platform environment.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of security, performance testing and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Java/Spring-based services and microservices
• Lead cross-functional work with Architecture, DevOps, QA and Product teams
• Design, code, test, and review components, APIs, and data pipelines
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior engineers
• Ensure security and reliability through best practices and reviews
