Cognizant seeks a highly skilled Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale applications using .NET and Java in the Healthcare Provider domain. You will provide technical leadership across the full software lifecycle.

The role emphasizes architecture, secure coding, and collaboration with product owners, QA, and infrastructure to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Hybrid work is supported with a Hartford, CT client office 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on .NET and Java development

• Experience with application architecture and secure coding
• Proficiency in SQL development and data modeling
• Experience in hybrid Agile environments

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise apps using .NET and Java.
• Translate provider business requirements into technical architectures and designs.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews and secure development practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and infrastructure teams for releases.
• Mentor teams on .NET/Java tech and provider workflows.
