Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive software engineering in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
Core technologies: Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
System design: Architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability.
Technical fundamentals: Strong engineering fundamentals and resilient systems.
Quality & Best Practices: Code style, documentation, reviews, and production issue mitigation.

Responsibilities

Improve prescription processing efficiency and accuracy through automation and streamlined workflows.
Support growth by enabling partners to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows.
Lead and mentor other engineers, promoting best practices in software development and design.
