You will help manage prescription processing from intake to fulfillment, balancing automation with efficient manual tasks and enabling partners to tailor billing, benefits, and clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
• Core technologies include Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Strong fundamentals with experience building resilient systems and practicing code quality.
• Relentless mindset focused on impact through work.

Responsibilities

• Improve patients’ lives through a better pharmacy experience on the Care Team.
• Prepare prescriptions for fulfillment quickly and accurately via automation and coordination.
• Enable partners to configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows tailored to use cases.
• Mentor engineers and drive world-class predictive systems.
