Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its FuzeRx team to enhance the pharmacy experience by building scalable backend and full-stack services.

You will join a team responsible for prescription intake, processing, and order fulfillment, collaborating across engineering to automate workflows and integrate ML-enhanced features. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software engineering, strong Ruby on Rails and TypeScript/JavaScript skills, and a track record of building

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
• Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies, modern environments (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in architecting complex systems for long-term maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience building high-volume, resilient systems.
• Proven track record of technical best practices, including code style, documentation, code review, bug fixing, and production issue mitigation.
• Relentless in pursuing impact through your work.

Responsibilities

• Work on the Care Team services that manage prescription processing from intake to fulfillment.
• Improve prescription intake automation and pharmacist workflows.
• Configure billing, benefits, and clinical workflows for partners such as drug manufacturers and insurers.
• Collaborate on designing scalable backend services powering the platform.
