Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking an experienced engineer to own and improve the RPM integration engine, data sync, and reporting across clinics and patients. You’ll collaborate with clinicians and the support team to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that drive better patient outcomes.

You will ship integrations, monitor health, and lead efforts to expand EHR connections for larger clients, leveraging AI tools and a strong TypeScript foundation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping and running production systems.
• Started something of your own or been an early engineer somewhere.
• Love making things reliable with strong monitoring and clean integrations.
• Able to explain technical issues clearly to clinicians and support staff.
• You build with AI tools daily and know how to check their work.
• Solid TypeScript, or the ability to pick it up fast.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain RPM integration automations (outreach, data sync, reporting).
• Improve the RPM engine and EHR integrations to scale with larger clients.
• Monitor systems to detect problems before they occur and respond quickly.
• Lead the EHR integrations as we take on larger clients.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support teams to resolve issues rapidly.
• Contribute to growth ideas inside the RPM platform.
