Tempus' RPM engineering team on the US East Coast is seeking an experienced engineer to own and improve the integrations, data sync, and automation that power real-time patient outreach and reporting.

You'll work across patient outreach, device connections, data pipelines, and EHR integrations, building reliable systems, monitoring health, and delivering quick, reassuring responses to clinics and patients. 5+ years in production systems and TS expertise are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production systems experience.
• Strong TypeScript and API integration experience.
• Experience with EHR data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain production-grade data integrations across RPM components.
• Improve data sync, reporting, and outreach automations.
• Lead and monitor EHR integrations for reliability and scale.
• Own the end-to-end integration pipeline, including exports and reports.
• Provide fast, clear engineering responses to clinics and support teams.
• Drive scalable integrations as we expand to larger clients.
