Qualifications

• 5+ years building data-intensive software systems in production.
• 3+ years focused on data engineering and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate data pipelines feeding real-time inferences across EHR, genomics, and imaging data.
• Own dbt models on BigQuery, with tests and documentation for a growing model layer.
• Develop multi-modal patient data models with normalized and dimensional design.
• Manage event-driven data flow via Pub/Sub, including retry and idempotency handling.
• Create data access patterns and metadata layers enabling autonomous AI agents.
