You will work across the full stack with Java, Python, React, and JavaScript, partnering with investment professionals to translate needs into scalable software. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of progressive experience.
• Proficient in Java, Python, React, and JavaScript with full‑stack capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to design APIs, review code, and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant development pieces across the full stack development lifecycle.
• Design and deliver user-facing features, back-end services, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with Equity investment teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and uphold engineering standards.
• Explore AI-enabled tooling to enhance productivity and investment workflows.
• Address technical debt and manage complex problems with structured approaches.
• Support production systems and participate in incident response.
