Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Software Engineer to support the AFLCMC/WAG program at Tinker AFB, OK. You will help develop software strategies for weapon systems and evaluate contractor software, ensuring high performance and compliance with security requirements.

The role requires hands-on development, DoD experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% CONUS. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a current TS clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and current background check within 5 years.
• Masters Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 10+ years DoD/government/contractor experience or
• Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years DoD/government/contractor experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop software engineering strategies for weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.
• Translate user requirements into system requirements for design, development, and testing of software.
• Assess DoD contractor software deliveries and evaluate performance deficiencies.
