Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise-scale architecture, design and development
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, IT, or equivalent
• 7 years experience with Go and Java
• 5 years with Pulsar, NATS, Valkey or similar
• 5 years in cloud-based product development, microservices, API/event-driven development
• 5 years SDLC & agile methodologies
• 4 years with Docker/Kubernetes/Istio/Keda
• 5 years AWS & other cloud vendors
• Understanding of multi-cloud transitions
• 4 years DevOps/CI-CD
• 4 years PostgreSQL
• Experience with monitoring tools like DataDog or Grafana
• Exposure to AI tools in development
• Excellent communication and time management
• Strong leadership and delivery focus

Responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot and guide CRTS software components
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance
• Produce documentation for scalability and reusability
• Mentor engineers on design techniques and CI/CD
