Job summary

Affirm is seeking a backend engineering leader to own quarterly goals for the Powered by Affirm team. You will guide engineers through API design and implementation for enterprise merchants, collaborating with product, design, and analytics to solve complex problems while ensuring high availability.

With 4+ years in backend systems, you will drive scalable architecture using Python or Kotlin, AWS, and Kubernetes. A results-focused, collaborative approach is essential for success.

Qualifications
