Job summary

Affirm, based in Madison, WI, is seeking a backend engineer to own and drive quarterly goals for the Powered by Affic team. You will lead engineers through design and implementation of enterprise APIs, ensuring robust, scalable systems.

Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to tackle complex problems and maintain high availability across distributed services. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 4+ years of backend experience in Python or Kotlin.
