Job summary

Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare, delivering ambient AI, dictation, and autonomous RCM workflows. You’ll work on the autonomous backend that empowers claims to be processed with minimal human intervention, creating auditable, automated workflows.

In this role, you’ll design and scale a rule engine, build end-to-end integration flows, and contribute to the platform's architectural direction while collaborating with clinicians and engineers to transform revenue cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent extensive experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React.
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered automation for denied claims with evals, dry runs, and audit trails.
• Design guardrails for safety: identity guards, payer-type guardrails, duplicate-prevention, QA gates.
