Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, unifying AI-driven documentation, workflow automation, and autonomous RCM processing across 60+ EHRs. The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Core team powers the backend that translates clinical encounters into payer-accepted claims, enabling end-to-end revenue cycle optimization.

The role focuses on claims submissions, eligibility routing, and scalable rule engines amid a fast-moving healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React.
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.
• Experience with Git, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases and monitoring tools.
• Strong design, implementation, and architectural decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features in the RCM core backend, focusing on claims submissions and eligibility routing.
• Build and scale the claim generation pipeline across formats (CMS-1500, CMS-1450/UB, CDT).
• Develop a scalable rule engine with hundreds of conditions and actions per customer.
• Collaborate with product and healthcare teams to gather integration requirements and prioritize work.
• Mentor engineers and drive architectural improvements across the stack.
