Collaborate with product and healthcare teams, own end-to-end integration, design scalable rule engines, and drive architecture improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Eng, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React.
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.
• Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, DBs and monitoring tools.
• Proven track record of end-to-end solutions and architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered automation with evals, dry runs, and audit trails.
• Design guardrails for safe automation across denials and claims.
• Scale a rule engine for high-volume, configurable conditions.
• Develop dashboards for metrics like resubmission rates and failures.
• Generate automatic appeal letters and medical-record packets with validation.
• Deliver a unified automations console for billing rules and validations.
• Contribute to architecture and tooling improvements for the RCM platform.
• Build end-to-end products to transform revenue cycle management.
• Own integration workflows from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize work.
