Job summary

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, enabling automated revenue workflows and autonomous RCM processing across 60+ EHRs. You will work on the autonomous backend for the Claims Submissions team, turning clinical encounters into accurate, payer-accepted claims.

The role focuses on end-to-end integration, from design through deployment, with cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend (Typescript, React) and backend (Python/Go).
• Experience with Git, cloud (GCP/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, databases, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own the claims submissions pipeline and ensure accurate, payer-accepted claims.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end RCM backend components across EDI formats.
• Scale a rule engine for high-volume, configurable conditions with clear explainability.
