Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in frontend languages like Typescript and React.
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python or Go.
• Experience with Git, GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring/alerting tools.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered automation that decides how to fix a denied claim with evals and audit trails.
• Design guardrails for safety: identity guards, payer-type guardrails, duplication prevention, and QA gates.
• Scale a configurable rule engine across high transaction volumes with explainability for ops.
• Create dashboards for automated resubmission approvals and denial cycle times, broken down by insurance type.
• Generate appeal letters and medical-record packets automatically with validation scoring.
• Deliver a unified automations console to manage all rule engines in one place.
• Contribute to the technical direction by proposing improvements to architecture and tools.
• Build end-to-end products to transform revenue cycle management for providers.
• Take ownership of end-to-end integration workflows from design to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to prioritize tasks by business needs.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and drive architectural improvements across the stack.
