Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience; 4+ years with master’s degree.
• Experience with Agile practices, planning, grooming, sprints, standups, retrospectives.
• Proficiency in GoLang and Java.
• Experience with Temporal Workflow.
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS and PL/SQL.
• Unix/Linux shell scripting experience.
• REST API services a plus.
• Experience with Kafka and Confluent Kafka.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with AI developer tools to produce high-quality code.
• Developing scalable high-performance systems for high data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, and debug new software in an Agile Scrum team.
• Collaborate with partners and technical staff to meet requirements.
• Define and implement automated tests with product developers.
• Document work to promote transparency and reuse.
• Build production‑quality systems with SLAs for scalability and reliability.
• Participate actively in code reviews and multi-project prioritization.
