Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Experience with software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices.
• Experience with Agile practices, including planning, grooming, sprint management, standups and retrospectives.
• Proficiency in GoLang and Java.
• Experience with Temporal Workflow and Oracle RDBMS (PL/SQL).
• Unix/Linux shell scripting and REST API Services exposure.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot/Framework, Hibernate/JPA and Kafka.
• Cloud platform proficiency (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Experience using AI developer tools to write high-quality code.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug new software and major enhancements.
• Collaborate with business and technical staff to meet requirements.
• Define and implement automated tests with product developers in Agile teams.
• Document work for transparency and reuse.
• Build production-quality, scalable systems meeting SLAs for reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and prioritize multiple projects.
• Demonstrate accountability for completing tasks on schedule.
• Communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders.
