Job summary

Filigran is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape the XTM One platform and build the core of the XTM Suite. You will collaborate with the Engineering Manager and a small squad to define the architecture and enhance a unified AI solution that powers the XTM Suite.

You will balance rapid iteration with code quality, contribute to product vision, and address complex challenges as a key technical contributor in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in full-stack development with TypeScript and Python.
• Strong architectural mindset for scalable systems.
• Experience with genAI frameworks and AI agents is a plus.
• Contributions to or maintenance of Open Source projects are valued.

Responsibilities

• Full stack architecture for SaaS and On-Premise deployments.
• Drive architectural evolution and integration with AI teams.
• Rapid prototyping and refactoring based on feedback.
• Engage with Open Source community (GitHub, Slack).
• Help shape development processes and team culture as an early hire.
