Filigran seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineer who champions AI-Native engineering. You will shape practices, run experiments, and guide teams in adopting AI tools while maintaining quality and security.

You’ll work with a globally distributed set of engineers, contributing code and sharing results to move the ecosystem forward. You join the XTM Foundation, partnering with product teams to embed AI practices in daily workflows, while steering guardrails, documentation, and open-source

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong coding background.
• You have AI-first mindset and have shown impact transforming software builds.
• You can deploy AI-assisted practices within engineering teams and measure outcomes.
• You know the current AI tooling landscape and can guide adoption.
• You have full-stack capabilities and can contribute code when it matters.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Define and own AI-Native engineering strategy, tools, and workflows.
• Run experiments to evaluate AI coding tools and translate results into actions.
• Build guardrails and standards for maintainable, tested AI-generated code.
• Collaborate with product teams to embed AI practices in daily workflows.
• Share learnings through talks, workshops, and demos; show real results.
