Job summary

You will influence architecture strategy, ensure accessibility, performance, security, and developer experience while partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver robust, reusable frontend platforms.

Qualifications

• Deep frontend architecture expertise and proven leadership.
• Experience steering Angular/TypeScript platform direction.
• Ownership of design systems and component libraries.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and security.
• Experience applying AI patterns to frontend engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Set frontend architecture strategy across products and teams.
• Lead the design system as an engineering platform and guide adoption.
• Own frontend quality, performance, and production health decisions.
• Create APIs, tooling, and guardrails to accelerate delivery.
• Define AI-native engineering practices while maintaining human oversight.
• Raise the bar for frontend ownership and cross-team alignment.
