Job summary

ComPsych is modernizing how applications are built and shipped, moving to the cloud with standardized CI/CD. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will shape infrastructure design and AI-driven pipelines, guiding security gates and production reliability across multiple teams.

You will own observability, on-call governance, and the delivery lifecycle while mentoring engineers to apply best practices and robust automation at scale, including HIPAA-compliant safeguards.

Qualifications

• You work with CI/CD and cloud infrastructure at real scale, including on-call responsibilities.
• You have production experience on AWS or Azure and understand secure, reliable deployments.
• Security, testing, and observability are design requirements, not afterthoughts.
• You collaborate across multiple teams and build generalized DevSecOps patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD and infrastructure design across the teams you support.
• Define verification in pipelines with tests, policy-as-code, and security gates.
• Build shared standards with DevSecOps peers to accelerate teams safely.
• Own application observability and help production debugging and reliability.
