Job summary

ComPsych Corporation seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams, shaping how we design, build, and operate AI-powered software across products. You will create the conditions, standards, and talent pipeline for high ownership and autonomy.

You will partner with Product and Design leadership on outcomes, ensure production health, and drive delivery through rigorous review and governance in a privacy-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Led engineers and managers through scaling across multiple teams.
• Engaged in design reviews for multiple technical domains and ensured rigorous engineering standards.
• Managed production engineering across distributed services on AWS/Azure with observability and incident handling.
• Led secure, privacy-sensitive systems with PHI/HIPAA considerations where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow an engineering organization across several teams.
• Create a credible delivery system with clear priorities and ownership.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership on outcomes and execution at the domain level.
• Set engineering bar and ensure high-quality, secure code and systems.
