Job summary

ComPsych Corporation, a global leader in mental health and absence management, seeks a Senior Frontend Engineer to own substantial parts of our frontend foundation. You will influence architecture, drive technical direction, and maintain production ownership across Angular/TypeScript-based experiences.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and full-stack engineers to deliver accessible, high-performance web experiences, with a focus on scalable design systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Deep TypeScript and modern frontend engineering experience.
• Built substantial applications with Angular or React.
• Strong browser and web-platform fundamentals.
• Designed reusable frontend systems and component APIs.
• Ability to design and own a frontend testing strategy.
• Ability to set accessibility and performance bars.

Responsibilities

• Own a frontend domain end to end, including architecture and production behavior.
• Set technical direction within the frontend platform and delegate build work.
• Diagnose production issues with a human-centered approach to decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and full-stack engineers to shape solutions.
• Define accessibility and testing standards for the domain.
• Mentor engineers and maintain high engineering standards across the team.
