Reizend Private Limited is seeking a hands-on senior engineer to build and rigorously evaluate software, owning end-to-end delivery across the SDLC in a remote setup. You will work with AI-assisted development tools and ensure deliverables meet high standards of correctness, security, and compliance.

The role bridges development, QA, the AI SDLC framework, vendors, and clients, driving execution while upholding engineering excellence across the stack and across teams.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with hands-on coding in at least one modern stack
• Experience reviewing others' code for quality, logic, and security
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices and vulnerability patterns (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
• Experience evaluating AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across development, QA, vendors, and clients
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, release management)
• Excellent communication to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Write, review, and refactor production-grade code across the stack
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality
• Set and model engineering best practices: clean architecture, maintainability, performance, scalability
• Review deliverables with a QA mindset: correctness, edge cases, regression risk
• Define and enforce quality gates and Definition-of-DDone across the SDLC
• Ensure compliance with coding, security, and regulatory standards
• Own the complete SDLC lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, release
• Coordinate across development teams, QA, AI tooling to keep delivery on track
• Act as technical point of contact for vendors and clients, validating vendor deliverables
• Identify bottlenecks or risks and drive resolutions; report delivery health and risk to stakeholders
