Job summary

Reizend Private Limited is seeking a hands-on senior engineer to build and rigorously evaluate software while owning end-to-end delivery across the SDLC.

You will work with AI-assisted development tools and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of correctness, quality, security, and compliance. You will coordinate with vendors and clients, driving execution while maintaining engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience reviewing others' code for quality, logic, and security.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Coordination of cross-functional stakeholders (dev, QA, vendors, clients).
• Understanding SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, release management).
• Excellent communication to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and refactor production-grade code across the stack.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
• Model engineering best practices: clean architecture, maintainability, performance, scalability.
• Review deliverables with a QA mindset and ensure test adequacy.
• Conduct security-focused code reviews and manage vulnerability risk.
• Define quality gates and Definition-of-Done across the SDLC.
• Own the complete SDLC lifecycle from planning to release.
• Coordinate across teams and vendors to keep delivery on track.
• Translate requirements and validate vendor deliverables against quality bars.
• Report delivery health, quality metrics, and risk to stakeholders.
