Job summary

RevStar Consulting Inc. is seeking a Software Development Lead to act as a player-coach, writing production-grade code while defining engineering standards.

You will mentor engineers, govern architecture across client engagements, and accelerate delivery with AI-powered accelerators. This is a remote, US-based role with strong leadership expectations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering with track record of setting technical standards across multiple delivery teams.
• Master-level expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS APIs, and cloud-native AWS architectures.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers and communicating complex trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering; AWS Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architectural governance and hands-on engineering, writing high-quality production code and conducting reviews.
• Develop and maintain internal accelerators and reference architectures; drive AI adoption.
• Lead developer trainings and partner with PMs, DevOps, and QA to ensure solutions meet product intent.
