Zuora, Inc. is seeking a seasoned software/product developer to join the Milo team in Foster City, CA.

You will design and implement scalable onboarding features, collaborate with senior engineers, and deliver robust APIs and data pipelines that power the next generation of our quote-to-cash platform. You will apply expertise in backend and full-stack development, data structures, and modern frameworks to solve complex onboarding challenges, building agentic capabilities that streamline customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6-10 years of hands-on product development experience, ideally within SaaS or B2B software environments.
• Hands-on experience or deep understanding of building AI agents and integrating complex business workflows into agentic architectures.
• Strong skills in backend API development or full-stack engineering.
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience applying low-level design principles in real-world projects.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, IDEs, testing, and documentation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable onboarding features powering Zuora's next-generation onboarding platform.
