Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. seeks a Sr. Software Engineer - MarTech to drive AI-powered marketing technology initiatives.

You will design and deploy LLM-based agents, integrate with Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe, and build robust data pipelines for lead quality and site search. You will mentor teammates and ensure responsible AI practices. The role emphasizes platform engineering, observability, and collaboration with Security and Legal to maintain compliance while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of software or data engineering experience, including 2+ years taking LLM/ML solutions to production.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with marketing business domain in Hi-Tech industry.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector or hybrid search, and ML-based entity resolution, classification, or scoring.
• Experience with evaluation methods, prompt and model versioning, and production monitoring.
• Strong Python and SQL, plus TypeScript/JavaScript or Java, and experience building RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation data models (leads, contacts, accounts) in platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• Experience with a major cloud platform (AWS or Azure), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and GitHub.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and responsible AI practices.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to balance project work with operational tasks and to work Pacific Time (PT) business hours.

Responsibilities

• AI & Applied ML Use Case Discovery: Partner with Marketing teams to identify AI opportunities and map success metrics.
• Agent Development: Build and deploy LLM-based agents for events, prospecting, and partner workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
• Lead & Contact Quality: Build ML/LLM pipelines to clean, deduplicate, enrich, validate, and score leads across Salesforce, Marketo, and related systems.
• Search & Retrieval: Modernize site search and partner locator using semantic retrieval and embeddings.
• Analytics: Use AI-assisted analysis to improve partner lead ROI reporting and Adobe Analytics adoption.
• Evaluation & Guardrails: Define metrics, regression tests, monitor accuracy, latency, and cost; ensure PII handling and audit logging.
• Build vs. Buy: Evaluate AI tools and platforms and recommend direction.
• Training & Enablement: Train engineers and stakeholders on AI tools and best practices.
• Integration: Integrate AI solutions with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo via APIs.
• DevOps & Operations: Monitoring and alerting for AI services; support incident response and runbooks.
• Collaboration: Work with AEP and platform engineers on data access and releases.
