CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - MarTech to apply AI across Marketing IT, building LLM-based agents and ML solutions integrating Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe Experience Cloud. You’ll enable teams, ensure responsible AI use, and drive production-grade systems in a remote-friendly setting.

The role emphasizes platform engineering, data governance, and collaboration with security and legal to monitor costs, latency and accuracy while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years software or data engineering, with 2+ years shipping LLM/ML to production.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompts, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities with marketing teams and measure business outcomes.
• Develop LLM-based agents for event invites, prospecting, and partner workflows.
• Build ML pipelines to clean, enrich, and score leads and contacts across systems.
• Modernize site search and partner locator with embeddings and RAG.
• Train engineers and stakeholders on AI tools and responsible use.
• Integrate AI with Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, and other systems.
