Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - MarTech to join our Marketing IT team. You will apply AI to transform how Marketing and Sales work, building LLM-based agents and ML solutions across Digital, Revenue, Partner, and Event Marketing.

This role also includes platform engineering and training teammates to adopt AI responsibly. You will partner with Marketing to identify opportunities, develop pipelines for lead quality, site search, analytics, and integrate with Adobe Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in CS/DS or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years software or data engineering, incl. 2+ years deploying ML/LLM in production.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, tool calling, orchestration.
• Familiarity with marketing domain in Hi-Tech industry.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector/hybrid search, ML-based entity resolution.
• Experience with evaluation methods, model/versioning, and production monitoring.
• Strong Python and SQL, plus TS/JS or Java, and building RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of CRM/marketing data models in Salesforce/Marketo.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab), and GitHub.
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• AI & Applied ML use case discovery with Marketing teams, tied to business outcomes.
• Agent development: build and deploy LLM-based agents for events and workflows.
• Lead & Contact quality pipelines to clean, deduplicate, enrich and score leads/contacts.
• Modernize site search and partner locator with semantic retrieval and embeddings.
• Analytics: AI-assisted analysis to improve partner ROI reporting.
• Evaluation & guardrails: metrics, regression tests, privacy/audit logging.
• Training & enablement: mentor engineers and stakeholders, share playbooks.
• Integration: connect AI solutions with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo via APIs.
• DevOps & operations: monitoring, alerting, incident response, runbooks.
