Qualifications

• 5+ years production software development experience.
• Proficient in Python with FastAPI and async patterns.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills, including React Query and Zustand.
• Experience with Rust for service development (axum/tonic).
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka).
• Experience with identity systems (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, Azure Entra ID).
• Ability to reduce technical debt and plan migrations.

Responsibilities

• Build production features across WES API using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop business logic and AI workflows using Python and FastAPI.
• Contribute to systems and performance critical components using Rust, Axum, and Tonic.
• Build reusable React components with Tailwind/Radix/Fluent UI.
• Use React Query and Zustand; migrate from legacy Apollo/Redux patterns.
• Implement real time functionality using Azure SignalR Service.
• Develop event-driven solutions using Azure Event Hubs and Kafka patterns.
• Integrate applications with Azure Entra ID using OAuth2/OIDC/JWT.
• Assess technical debt and plan migrations.
