Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software development experience.
• Strong Python with FastAPI, async patterns, pytest, and linting.
• Strong TypeScript/React skills, React Query and Zustand.
• Rust experience for reading/extending axum/tonic services.
• Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka.
• Knowledge of OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and identity integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production features across WES API and UI using Python, FastAPI, React and TypeScript.
• Develop business logic and AI workflows using Python and FastAPI.
• Contribute to performance-critical components using Rust and related frameworks.
• Build reusable React components with Tailwind and Fluent UI.
• Migrate legacy patterns (Apollo/Redux) to modern state management.
• Collaborate with KR Bengaluru team in cross-regional agile ceremonies.
• Mentor less-experienced developers and produce developer-facing docs.
