Job summary

Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our IT team and help shape KR’s application portfolio. You will deliver high-quality features, modernize legacy services, reduce technical debt, and standardize development tools across WES API, WES UI, Hermes, and Workstreams.

You’ll work with global delivery teams in Bengaluru, develop in Python and FastAPI, React/TypeScript, and Rust, and participate in architecture decisions, testing, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years production software development experience.
• Strong Python: FastAPI, async patterns, pytest.
• Strong TypeScript/React: component design, React Query, Zustand.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production features across WES API using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop business logic and AI workflows using Python and FastAPI.
• Contribute to systems and performance critical components using Rust, Axum, and Tonic.
• Mentor less-experienced developers on the global team: code reviews, architecture Q&A.
