Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related or similar full-stack experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, agents, automations.
• Modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React.
• Web styling with CSS preprocessors or CSS-in-JS.
• Server-side technologies, such as Python, Java, or NodeJS.
• Databases, such as PostgreSQL.
• Unix-based operating systems and CLI basics.
• Version control, such as Git.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor for a team of developers on one vertical.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and mentors.
• Apply an AI-first approach to day-to-day investigation and development.
• Develop and maintain clean, efficient, well-documented code.
• Make code-architecture decisions and review quality.
• Serve as a technical role model for the team.
• Promote overall quality beyond individual contributions.
