Job summary

Kaufman Rossin is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our IT team in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will help shape the future of KR’s application portfolio by delivering high-quality features, modernizing legacy services, reducing technical debt, and standardizing development tools and practices.

You will work across the WES stack, including API and UI, and collaborate with a global delivery team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years production software development experience.
• Strong Python: FastAPI, async patterns, pytest, ruff.
• Strong TypeScript/React: component design, React Query, Zustand.
• Experience with event-driven architectures like Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production features across WES API with Python and FastAPI.
• Develop UI components with React/TypeScript and modern tooling.
• Contribute to Rust-based services and high-performance components.
• Implement AI-enabled features and integrations with Azure AI services.
