Job summary

ServiceTrade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Accounting Integrations to lead development of scalable integration architectures using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. You will design robust REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven AWS serverless workflows to sync data with external accounting platforms.

You’ll mentor engineers, diagnose complex issues, and ensure performance and reliability across integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable accounting integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, Step Functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, and maintenance of scalable accounting integrations and related products.
• Diagnose and resolve critical issues; implement preventative measures for reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering.
• Document code and processes to enable knowledge transfer and collaboration.
• Manage daily workload across multiple priorities.
