Job summary

ServiceTrade, a field service management platform, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Accounting Integrations to lead the development and maintenance of scalable integration architectures using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.

You’ll design robust REST APIs and webhooks, run event-driven AWS serverless workflows, and mentor engineers to ensure performance and reliability across our accounting integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building scalable integration architectures.
• Strong backend focus with API-driven systems.
• Experience with AWS serverless and data stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable codebase for accounting integrations.
• Diagnose, resolve complex issues, and drive reliability improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Create documentation to enable teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Manage daily workload across competing priorities.
