Job summary

ServiceTrade, a leading field service management platform, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Accounting Integrations. You will design and maintain scalable integration architectures using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, building robust REST APIs, webhooks, and AWS serverless workflows to sync data with external accounting platforms.

You will mentor engineers, own high-volume event-driven systems, and apply AI-assisted development tools to improve accuracy, performance, and reliability

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable integration architectures.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with AWS serverless workflows (Lambda, SQS, Step Functions).

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, and maintenance of scalable integration architectures.
• Design robust REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven AWS serverless workflows to sync data with external accounting platforms.
• Architect and scale high-volume event-driven serverless systems; mentor junior engineers.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
