Job summary

You will manage contracts, entitlements, renewals, usage, and vendor data, driving cost optimization and governance. You will partner with ITAM, Procurement, Finance, Security, Legal, Workforce, Endpoint, Support Center, Product, and owners to strengthen compliance, improve reporting, and optimize license usage across complex multi-system

Qualifications

• Supports SAM modernization by managing contracts, entitlements, renewals, usage, and compliance.
• Addresses vendor data governance and CMDB alignment.
• Analyzes software data to identify trends, risks, and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage software lifecycle activities including intake, approval, procurement support, assignment, entitlement tracking, renewal, and reclamation.
• Maintain accurate software asset records and licenses.
• Analyze data to identify unused licenses and renewal risks.
• Generate reports: compliance, renewal, usage, and trend analyses.
• Collaborate across ITAM, Procurement, Finance, Security, Legal, and vendors.
