Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Software Asset Management program for NVCC.
• Define and draft software policies and procedures.
• Develop software process-related training materials.
• Monitor and analyze software usage to recommend sunsetting decisions.
• Maintain software-related services and knowledge base articles.
• Configure and troubleshoot ITAM software.
• Onboard, train and support end users.
• Collaborate with procurement on external audits.
• Collaborate with VCCS on SAM initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report on SAM data.
• Solicit input from employees for college decisions and share feedback.
